About Us

Troy Haskell, founder of T-N-T Claims and Consulting Services, has been in the insurance adjusting and consulting industry for over 30 years. He previously owned a successful construction company, building custom homes, condominium developments, and commercial properties.

Mr. Haskell's extensive background in construction provides great insight into the necessary repair or replacement of damaged property. Mr. Haskell's education, while working as a Senior Consultant to the insurance industry, provided him with deep understanding of insurance policies and claims handling procedures. His compassion for people provides a personal touch.

Tracy provides administrative support, communications to staff supervisors, manages payroll, clerical staff, accounts payable/receivable, and customer service. Tracy is an asset to our company and it's adjusters.

Justin continues the professional emphasis taught by Troy Haskell. With over 18 years in the claims industry, Justin has handled the most complex property claims as both a Private Client staff adjuster for the affluent, high-net-worth market, and as an independent adjuster. Justin manages claims operations, tech support, quality assurance, while also overseeing the most complex claims.

Justin's passion and empathy when working with insured's during their time of loss, separates him from other adjusters.
